Are your products safe on ceramic coatings and wax?
Yes. Our chemistry is pH-balanced and coating-safe - it cleans without stripping your protection. Anything with special instructions says so on the label.
Will your towels scratch my paint?
No. Our microfibre is plush and edgeless, designed to lift dirt away from the surface rather than grind it in. Use a clean towel, work on a cool panel, and you're safe.
Do I need to be a professional to use this?
Not at all. The range is built for people detailing their own car at home. If you're just starting, look for our bundles - they pair the essentials so you don't have to guess.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders before 2pm ship the same day. Domestic delivery is usually 1–2 working days, the rest of the EU 2–5. Every order is tracked.
What's your return policy?
14 days from delivery for a full refund on unused items in original packaging. Chemistry must be unopened. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 14 days with a photo of the issue and we'll replace or refund it right away - you won't pay return shipping.

How should I store my products?
Keep chemistry out of direct sunlight and away from freezing temperatures. Wash microfibre towels separately from cotton, no fabric softener, and air- or low-heat dry - they'll last for years.
