Shipping
We ship across the EU. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day go out the same day - anything after that leaves the next morning.
- Domestic: 1–2 working days
- Rest of the EU: 2–5 working days
- Free shipping on orders over 50 €; a flat rate applies below that, shown at checkout.
Every order ships tracked. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link the moment it leaves us.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. We only ask that items come back unused and in their original packaging - for chemistry, that means unopened and seals intact.
To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send instructions. Refunds land on your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the item.
Wrong or damaged item?
That's on us - email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll sort a replacement or refund straight away, no return shipping to pay.
